In case you were wondering, yes, the folder above this text file is 
what you're meant to place in your "saves" folder. If you're using
Windows, just type "%appdata%" to search your system, and enter the
"Roaming" folder. From there, access your ".minecraft" folder, where
you'll find your world saves. That's where you place the file I gave
you with this note!

If you're using an OS other than Windows... I can only recommend a
quick Google search to find out how you install maps. Just search
"Minecraft custom maps on Mac" or something. It'll probably work.
